BoundCon III

and.... we're back :)
Wow! That was some trip. Driving 1780km in one weekend is a lot, I can tell you! Damn! But we made it, the car made it without any problems (thank you, my little red Citroën).

BoundCon III was a great succes for us. Were do I begin?

Uhm, well. I must say that I have never ever seen a more diverse group of people. We're not very outgoing with our bondage and BDSM-thing, but I saw a lot of people before this. This beats it all. What a great crowd!
All kinds of fetishes were represented. Think of some... we saw them :) Latex, leather, rubber, dolls, bondage, shibari... anything.
Our stand was a great succes too, business-wise. We did a lot of sales and got great response from the attendees AND the other standholders there.

It was so nice to meet people I only know from the internet... and from all over Europe.

Bob and Chantal from Ropemarks.com were the first we saw.... but we are starting to know them quite well already and met them a number of times :)
Konijn was there too with his fetish art, displaying it there.... he even sold some!! :) And of course......Ancilla was there :)

A shortlist of people that I've met there: Lew Rubens of Boundndetermined and Waterbondage. What a guy and what a rope artist!!!.... he helped me when I started the rope-business and we had a lot of contact the past 1.5 years. He almost jumped in my arms when we saw each other *hahahaha*
Mattias from JapanBondage.de a.k.a. tatsu-otoko on LJ . A very nice guy and what beautiful bondage he did on the main stage there with his girl. Wow! See his website Japanbondage.de (but he does so much more!)
We've seen some people that previously already bought ropes from us and wanted more or just come by to meet and say hi. So nice!
Other bondage and shibari people there: Patrick of Shibaribypatrick, Zamil and Maliz from ArtSensual, make their own ropes and do great bondage with them.

As I said, we did good business and when we came back to the hotel we totally crashed from exhaustion, but with such a good feeling of the day.
It was wel worth the trip for us. I'd love to thank my love Debora for helping in advance with the ropes and in the stand and keeping me awake in the car ;)

More later, ok? Here's a first pic of the stand :)
